Our Global Associate Program will take you where you want to go. It develops your skills and knowledge. It provides highly focused training. It sets your goals for the future.

Overview

Recognized as one of the most comprehensive of its kind, our Global Associate Program offers PhD graduates a broad base of knowledge, coupled with business-specific training.

Getting Started

It all begins with our Global Induction Program. First youll meet senior leadership and collaborate with colleagues in a community-based teamwork challenge.

A division-specific induction program will then personalize your training. You will be assessed in the form of modular tests, presentations or exams, ensuring that youre fully prepared in your new position.

Going Forward

Working in collaboration with your manager, youll identify next step opportunities to specialize and advance, undertaking the additional training you need to thrive on your chosen path.

You should be in the final year of your PhD degree our preferred subjects are Economics, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Engineering. Demonstrable skills in quantitative research, market strategy and economics research would be ideal, but youll certainly bring a passion for finance along with an excellent command of the English language.
