01 Log in MenaPay/MenaHR The user should be logged to the system. The user is logged into the system.

02 Go to Settings Organization setup Salary Scale.

Salary Scale screen should be opened. The Salary Scale screen is opened.

03 Click on ‘New’ button

04 Create Salary Scale (define Salary Scale Details, allowances, Vacations, Benefits and Loans).Click on ‘Save’ button

New Salary Scale should be added. New Salary Scale is added.(See screenshots 1 ,2,3,4,5)

05 Go to Settings General SettingsSystem Parameters

06 Move to the ‘Family Setup’ tab

07 Select Spouse and Child allowances and add values.

08 Click on ‘Save’ button Allowances should be added. Allowances are added. (See screenshot 6)

09 Go to Employees Main Information Personal Information

010 Click on ‘New’ button

011 Add General information then click on ‘Save’ button.

012 Move to the next tab and add Spouse click on the ‘Save’ button.

The Spouse should be defined and saved, based on the predefined setup the system will add spouse new allowance.

025 Go to Employees Main Information Financial Information

Financial Information screen should be opened

026 Enter Employee Code and press tab. The system should be retrieved the ‘Basic Salary’ and ‘Allowances’ depending on the Salary Scale and Family setup.

027 Move to the ‘Financial Options’ tab The system should be defined the ‘Health Insurance’ and ‘Social Security’ depending on the Salary Scale.
