Good Afternoon,
My name is Jasmyn Snipes and I am a special events intern with JDRF. JDRF is a non-profit organization that aims to find ways to prevent and cure Type 1 diabetes (T1D). Almost 3 million Americans suffer from T1D and there is currently no way to prevent the disease. Our organization continues to raise money for T1D research in hopes to improve the lives of those affected by the disease.
With your donation of _____ to our silent auction last year we raised almost $600,000 for T1D research. This year our “Time for a Cure” Gala will be held on February 28, and we hope that you will consider making another donation to this year’s gala in support for T1D.
