Joel WolfeAward SpeechHello everyone, I am Joel and it is my honor to present this semesters civic award. The civic award is awarded to people who do good in the community. This is the first time this award is to be presented. The award was supposed to be a lei but I made it too small and is now a head wreath. To be eligible for this award one must need to have met the following criteria including having a positive attitude, community service, and a role model. This person has met the requirements to receive this award being positive throughout class, has promoted recycling to us, to help better the community, and at one time was a member of the school color guard providing a good role model to younger generations. Ladies and gentlemen lets give a round of applause to Gretchin.
