Project-2 Honeywell offline Approval of Purchase Requisition July’15 – Sept’15

Project Description: when end user creates a purchase requisition, it needs to undergo approvals as per the Organization’s approval procedure. The respective approver receives an email notification saying “Purchase Requisition :xxxxx is waiting for Approval/Rejection”. As soon as approver accepts or rejects the purchase requisition, corresponding PR Status needs to be changed accordingly and did the same for overall release.

Responsibilities: Understanding the Business process of Purchase requisitions creation and approval for the

same. Enhanced the existing workflow by including the offline approval of purchase requisition

without affection AS-IS process Developed two classes, one is for sending a mail to approvers when the purchase

requisition is created, whereas the other class is to take an action based on reply mail from approver.

Project -3 Project Name: Global Disbursement Swift Feb’14 – Mar’14

Project Description: To Streamline and standardize the disbursement or vendor payment process. This Project involved extensive implementation of SAP, BCM (Bank Communication Module) to improve the functionality and usability of process.

Responsibilities: Honeywell GDS project is an implementation Rollout project; most of the objects are

SAP reports, Interface, Process integration, BADI, OSS notes LSMW to upload the vendor master details.

Understanding the business process and received training on GDS payment process, SAP BCM, SAP BCON, SAP SIPS, Auto client, SWIFT File act, PAIN.001 (Payment file format), PAIN.002 (Payment Status Report format), GDS specific enhancements and Honeywell standards.

Design and setup of GDS specific Application server Folder(AL11)-outgoing and incoming files

Creating an enhancement for payment status alert, BADI for time out alert Implemented many OSS notes as per business requirement Developed a report to extract Master vendor data LSMW to upload a vendor master details from legacy system to R/3 Environment.
