Oxygen Conserver DeviceA lightweight, all pneumatic oxygen demand conserver for CGA-870 post valve cylinders. Delivers a bolus of oxygen in the first one-third of the inspiratory cycle, resulting in O2 saturations equal to or greater than a continuous flow treatment. Provides up to a 3:1 oxygen savings over a continuous flow device at equivalent flow rates.

Salter-Style® Demand CannulaThe O2XPRESS uses a special cannula designed to give users all the comfort and convenience of a Salter-Style cannula. Unique dual tubing delivers oxygen on demand through one tube while inspiratory effort issensed through the other tube.

Salter O2XPRESS® Model 8511*A rugged, compact, lightweight, dual port, bolus styleoxygen conserver. Precise delivery of 10 pre-set flowrates. Simple set up with two (2) barbed tubing fittings toconnect the comfortable Salter-Style® Demand Cannula.

Only one dial to adjust for patient flow delivery. Large“winged-T” allows convenient secure connection to anyCGA-870 post style oxygen cylinder. Regulator deliverspre-set bolus and flow rate during first one-third ofinspiratory cycle. Remains off during the exhalationphase to maximize cylinder contents. Patented rapidresponse regulator design provides exceptionalsensitivity to a patient’s breathing patterns. The SalterO2XPRESS Conserver comes complete with two of thepatented Salter-Style Demand Cannulas. TheO2XPRESSConserver is proven clinically equivalent tocontinuous flow at both rest and exercise.# It typicallyextends cylinder duration up to three times.
