Description:

The 60MWac plant Located in the Qinghai province in the northwest of the Peoples Republic of

China. The solar park is located on the Qinghai-Tibet plateau and sits above 9,000ft in altitude.

This plant was developed and is owned and operated by Suncore Photovoltaic Technology Co. Ltd.

Upon commissioning this plant was the largest CPV installation worldwide.

The latest Suncore CPV solar system for utility-scale projects has a rated power of 2.336kW. The

system was designed for ease of installation and inexpensive operation and maintenance. Modules

can be installed on low profile pedestal 2 axis tracking system which minimize foundation and

installation requirement and allows for optimization of filed packing density with little shadowing.

Modules and motors are easily accessed from the ground, or with a short step ladder, facilitating

easy and cost effective cleaning and maintenance. Each system can be remotely operated and

controlled to ensure maximum availability and perfect tracking.

How�it�worksZ10 features one 12m2 collector, mounted on a dual axis tracker that concentrates incoming sunlight onto

a high efficiency multi junction solar cell receiver. The solar cells are coupled to a heat exchanger that

converts concentrated solar flux into electrical power (A) and thermal power (B)
