Latino(aChicagoFOC)astheGrantsManagementandComplianceCoordinator.

CarolineRendonisanassistantprogramofficeratLISCChicago.ShesupportstheChicagoFOCsintheiruseofSalesforceanddataanalysis,andworkswithLISCChicago’sDataandEvaluationteamonmeasuringprogramimpactacrossthecity.PriortojoiningLISCChicago,Carolinespentfiveyearsworkinginnonprofitsonprogramevaluation,administration,and

research.(yes, Carolina & Caroline are two different people)

TamikaEvansisanassistantprogramofficerwiththeHoustonteamsupportingtheFOCnetworktostrengthenfamilies,individualsandsmallbusinessesinfiveneighborhoods.Previouslyshehasworkedinartsandcommunity-basedorganizationsforoveradecadefocusingoncommunityengagement,funddevelopment,andpropertymanagement,withanumberofthoseyearsworkingwithanaffordablehousingdeveloperinHouston’shistoricThirdWard. Tamikaenjoysreadinghistoricalfictionandnon-fiction,relaxingatbeautifulstateparks,andlovingherthreechildreninanatmospherethatnourishestheirheart,hands,andmind.
