• Sales samples will be engineering units with no ETL/CE. They will have “Sales Samples” on the label

• RSM Cases will have changeable fixture. REP and VAR cases will not.

• North American Sales team will get 143 cases for Reps and RSMs.

• International Sales team will get 20 cases for RSMs and VARs.

• Sample cases will be ready to ship in September of 2015.

REPs and VARs will be invoiced for one case each

• Invoice amount will be $800.

• If they receive more than one case they will only be billed for one.

• We will have approximately 40 extra green cases that can potentially be sold. Consult Rob for pricing and approval.

• Eval pool will be stocked in the JSI US warehouse

• Glenn will manage all eval pool request and payment policy.

• Eval fixtures will all be 48” units. There will be a mix of L35 and L50 in all different power, CCT, and beam options.
