Overview of Technology
• Patented Sealed Integrated Braking System.• SINGLE ROTOR enclosed in an oil filled housing.• Rear brake fitted with fail-safe feature.

Why Sealed Brakes?
• Conventional brakes under normal road conditions can perform adequately but in harsh mining environments have the following problems:• Exposed rotor and pads.• Parts wear and corrode due to particle / water ingress.• High maintenance and increased downtime.• No fail-safe features.

Benefits of SIBS

Brake Emissions
• Enclosed brake means zero emissions.• Studies have shown that vehicle brakes
are now a significant emitter of airborne particles. This is particularly bad in and around intersections.
• Brake pad emissions include harmful heavy metals such as copper,lead and barium 1,2. These find their way into the water supply from storm water run off 3.
• Its not only the hassle of keeping your rims free from brake dust !

EMMA Fail Safe Brake
• Brings vehicle to controlled stop in case of emergency.
• Can be activated by driver or engages automatically in event of vehicle malfunction eg hydraulic/electrical circuit failure.
• Can be configured with safety interlocks:
