Business Development Executive. Salary range 10-12K plus incentives (3-5k pm)• 6 months to a year - Good performers start earning

14-16k a month plus incentives (4-7k pm)• 2 to 3 years - Good performers become a Team

Leader/Manager for a territory/region and can earn in a range of 25-35k pm plus incentives (12-15k pm) with other allowances (bike/car, phone etc)

Skills required in a Sales Job? To get a job in sales, you need to show following skills : • Ability and desire to sell • Good communication skills (English not mandatory

Step 04: Have positive body language• Greet an interviewer with a firm handshake and eye contact

and exit the interview with a handshake and eye contact• Make an eye contact• Sit up straight – legs crossed is fine – and monitor your

hands. Hands should be visible and in a natural position on your legs, crossed, etc. Under no circumstances should you cross your arms on your chest [negative body language], sit on your hands, or otherwise have them hidden in pockets, etc. • Lean in to the conversation at times. This indicates interest

and excitement about what is being discussed

• Be honest. If an interviewer asks you about your previous job in which you had a less than positive experience then explain it clearly. Interviewers like honest people. Do not lie!
