Intercultural Training and Coaching

We provide traditional and innovative simulation based intercultural training for both European and Asian managers and staff, in English, German, Polish, Hungarian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese languages. We focus on the cross-cultural issues mostly between Asian – Western cultures. We have programs ranging from short lecture to long-term cross-cultural training programs, and most importantly, we can customize and develop learning experience for your people according to your specific situation!

Cross Cultural Negotiation Training

This training is aimed at managers either working at home or abroad, who need to gain the co-operation of international partners through meetings and negotiations, conducted in the international modus vivendi but based on the understanding for Asian culture.

Overall Objectives:
