PROJECT #1

Insurance Project

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: This project mainly deals with issuing auto and home policy. After issuing

the policy insurance company will send application to the insured. If they required any changes in coverage’s, insured’s information, then insured will send back the application to the insurance company for making those changes in policy. After the renewal period if insured need any changes in coverage’s or if they required any administrative changes like changing the driver information or vehicle information and have to send letters to the insured if required. Likewise after issuing home policy if insured want to make any corrections to the policies like changing the feet to hydrant or miles to fire station then they will send fact sheet application to the insurance company to make those changes. Then we need to correct that in the policy.

PLNQ Endorsements – This project mainly deals with auto and home policies, changes needs to be made to the policies manually with the help of application since system cannot make those changes.

DESCRIPTION OF MY WORK IN THE PROJECT:

Issuing auto policies. Correcting Insured’s first name & last name. Changing Driver’s information & Vehicles information. Changing the coverage in the policy. Changing Mortgage information. Changing Loss payee information. Comparing risk information with MVR report and action needs to be taken

based on the report. Sending letters to the insured if there is any changes in premium and if

any risk information provided in the application by the insured. Changing Feet to hydrant, miles to fire station and home information in the

home policies. Adding and deleting credit to the home and auto policies. Changing coverage’s, vehicles & driver’s information manually with the

help of testing solution application.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT: Preparing Target Vs Actual Tracker monthly basis for the team. In charge of maintaining Due out Report, Performance report and Updates

tracker. To track daily attendance and reporting the same to the Supervisor. Taking up additional responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor and

delivering them on time. Active member in managing the day-day activities for the team. Doing reconciliation report for the team on daily basis. Clarifying Doubts for the Cross Trainees from other teams and new joiners

and doing QC as well for the files done by them. Taking training for the new joiners. Have given process improvement ideas for the team to improve accuracy

& AHT for the process. Have created tools for state specific information and keep monitoring the

tool if any changes need to be made. Quality auditor in the team and responsible for maintaining team accuracy

above 98%. I am responsible for target distribution for the team and closing the

numbers within given SLA. Responsible for doing error correction procedure for the team. Having good rapport with the client. Learnt multiple processes in a short span.

Project #2

Life Sciences Operations:

Managing the complete Life sciences operations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

On a day to day basis reports will be published in share point and informing the team members.

Preparing dashboards on weekly, fortnightly and monthly wise. Dashboards like PMO, Revenue loss, Seat Management, Utilization, Unbilled.

Based on the request we will be allocating the resources in the project. Assignment closure will be taken care with 7, 14 or 21 days based on the

locations. Timesheet mailers will be published on fortnightly basis. Project creation request will be processed with in 2 hrs and request id will

be shared for project managers approvals. SO (Service Order) will be created in types Staffing and Transactional. For

both we would require start and end date, grade, location & job description.

Transactional SO for Internal resources are identified and take it closure.

Collecting forecast details for seats from the project team both ramp up and ramp down. Once the seats are mapped, associates will be provided access to the ODC.
