FORGIVING EACH OTHER In the Gospel, Jesus tells us that we are called to forgive each other seventy seven times. That sounds like a lot, but God forgives us many more times than that. Sometimes we do something that we think is unforgiveable – but our God is a merciful God who is always ready to forgive and welcome us back into His embrace. If you do not know this forgiving God – or if you would like to know him better – ask about an RCIA Inquiry Session. Participation in a session does not require a commitment to belong to the Catholic Faith Family. Anyone who is unbaptized, baptized into a non-Catholic Christian denomination, or baptized Catholic but never received First Eucharist and Confirmation, is invited to inquire about the God who brings us merciful love and the Catholic Faith that helps us to hear and live that message. For more information, contact Marilyn at 908-459-4483 or reach out to our parish office, 908-637-4269.

“You are called to stand up for life! To respect and defend the mystery of life always and everywhere, including the lives of unborn babies, giving real help and encouragement to mothers in difficult situations. You are called to work and pray against abortion.” – St. John Paul II Please join the record number of Christians who have signed up not to erase history, but to make history. The Sept. 23-Nov. 1 40 Days for Life campaign will be the largest global effort of 40 days of prayer and fasting for an end to abortion ever. Make a stand for God and our country proclaiming the value of life at this critical time in our nation. Offer time to peacefully pray during a 40-day vigil in the public right-of-way outside Planned Parenthood, 66 East Washington Ave. Washington. There will be an opening rally on Sept. 20th from 2:30-4 outside the Planned Parenthood. Please pledge to lift the local 40 Days for Life campaign up in prayer, as well as asking for God’s protection on all human life from conception until natural death. For more information contact: Jennifer English, [email protected] 973 525-6692. or visit https://40daysforlife.com/ Be Strong and Courageous. Do not be Afraid; do not be discouraged, for The Lord Your God Will be with You Wherever You go. Joshua 1:9

Let's Vote Pro-Life In November We Americans have shared many years of pride for our country and accomplishments. We have also suffered pain in the loss of thousands of our military who died to keep us safe. We have survived the Great Depression and many, many storms such as tornadoes, hurricanes, and earthquakes through the years. But we still have the biggest hurdle of all. We need to abolish abortion once and for all! It is the killing of tiny innocent babies in the womb of their mothers. Babies are a precious gift from God. And no one has the right to kill them! They used to be safe in their mother's womb. But since 1973 when abortions were made legal it has become the most dangerous place for a baby to be. All the baby wants is to be loved and cherished. With the November 3rd election coming up, we have the means to right this terrible wrong. Abortion has already killed over 62 million babies in the USA since 1973. We could help save the lives of millions of babies.

Let's vote Pro-Life in November.

*********************************************** “My God will supply whatever you need…” - Philippians 4:19 God really does provide for those who are grateful and generous. This is very difficult for people that don’t live a stewardship lifestyle to believe. People are skeptical and say it’s just coincidence. If you are skeptical, try living a stewardship lifestyle for just one month – be generous with your gifts of time in prayer, talent in charitable works and treasure and see how God provides for your needs. ******************************************* PRAY FOR: Living: Lyle Smith, Covid-19 patients, Gargiulo Family, Jolanta Szmigielski, John Barton, Fr.
