Getting to Pigeon Island
Pigeon Island is located a mere five (5) minutes from
Rodney Bay and 20 minutes from Castries.
By Taxi: Expect to pay about US$25 for a taxi from
Castries. From Rodney Bay it may cost US$12.
By Bus: You may take the 1A Bus, which is available at
any bus stop along the Castries to Gros Islet Highway,
to Pigeon Island. However, Pigeon Island is located off
route, you must ask the driver before boarding the bus
to take you there. Expect to pay the regular bus fare of
US$1.00 (EC$2.50) plus an additional US$5-$6(EC$10
-$15) for the special trip.
