St. Daniel’s Children’s Choir will resume rehearsals on Wednesday, February 6, at 7:30 p.m. All children and young adults from the 3rd to 12th grades are welcome.

SVDP delivered 1959 Food Boxes, 686 Home visits, helping 1,381 people. Provided Shelter support in amount of $39,351.70 Utilities $20,519.00 transportation $1640.00 and helped with medical $723.00 Beside generous parishioners donations for foods SDTP /SVDP bought an additional $4170. which included protein and food cards for staples. Total Volunteer hours served 3,097. Volunteer miles traveled 3773 miles SDTP/SVDP tithed to District 5 SVDP $4,857.02 Our Receipts of $75,376.39 Our SDTP church family donated 46% Other SVDP Conferences twined 36% Members of our SDTP conference 5% Saint Patrick's and KOC 11% We are so grateful for the support and love our parishioners show to our neighbors in need . We could not continue to be His hands and feet without each of you. God Bless you and your family.

On January 19,2019 Saint Daniels the Prophet Saint Vincent de Paul Conference sponsored with the help of a 2018 Grant from our Knights of Columbus an Az Bridges workshop at Saint Maria Goretti Parish. Az Bridges was presented by Danielle Charbonneau . It's a new way to look at poverty., A Bridge to help people out of poverty. 27 attendees came from Conferences throughout Maricopa County, City of Phoenix ,Head Start, and other Social Service Agencies. And our Scottsdale Interfaith Communities.. WE are very Blessed to have the support of our Knights of Columbus in facilitating this vital Interfaith community dialogue .

Our pantry supplies are very low in the following items; toilet paper ,shampoo, tooth brushes and toothpaste, bar soap , hamburger helper , pork and beans ,corn, instant potatoes, and pop top soup cans.

DIRECT GIVING We offer a monthly automated giving program that allows you to better manage your stewardship giving. This program gives you the opportunity to tithe monthly using your credit card. To enroll, please stop by the parish office.

REGISTERED FAMILIES: If you have had a change in address, email, phone number, marital status, an addition to the family, your child(ren) is/are now living on their own, a death in the family. Please stop by the parish office and update your registration information. In order for us to serve our parish efficiently, this information assists us. We do not give this information out. Charity and Development Appeal

Would you like to find the short, easy road to Heaven? If so, then join me, Joseph Castorino, and other parishioners as we pray St. Louis de Montfort’s Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary. According to St. Louis de Montfort himself, “This devotion is an easy, short, perfect, and secure way of attaining union with our Lord.” The kickoff presentation for the Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary will be on February 15 at 6 p.m. in the social hall. It will give you an opportunity to learn more about the history, the spirituality, and the practice of this devotion. In order to sign up, please come to the table after mass today. Or, if you prefer, you can sign up at the kickoff presentation on Friday. So make this upcoming Lenten season the best one ever -- the Lord is never outdone in generosity!
