CUT ALONG LINE

All priests, deacons, altar servers and extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion must wash their hands before Mass begins and use an alcohol-based, anti-bacterial solution be-fore and after distributing Holy Communion.

• This is to maintain the reverence of the Mass.

• Ensure all vessels used at Mass, once purified, are thoroughly washed with soap and hot water after each use.

During all Masses and liturgies:

• Refrain from physical contact during the Sign of Peace and during the Lord’s Prayer.

• Refrain from distribution of Holy Communion to the faithful via the chalice.

• Each individual should receive Holy Communion reverently in open hands for the time being.

• Refrain from using Holy Water fonts.

Faithful who are sick or are experiencing symptoms of fever, colds are not obliged to attend Mass, and out of charity they ought not to attend.

CHANGE Lent is all about change and change is usually not easy. In order to change we must leave something behind. Today we hear about a very old man who decides to answer God’s call. Abram experiences a tremendous amount of change when he leaves eve-rything behind, risking it all for God’s promise. Jesus changes is transfigured, right before the eyes of his disciples. The Lenten scriptures issue the call for us to change, to be transfigured, so that we, too, will soon share in the glory of God. What is it that the Lord is asking us to leave behind? St. Joseph Table Sunday, March 22, 2020

Sacrament of Bap sm Infant Bap sm (0-6 years) is a special me in a family’s life. The Church invites parents and godparents to prepare for this Sacra-ment with an Infant Bap sm Class. These sessions are held in the weeks before the Sacrament takes place.
