609 jib reefingThe 609 drum cheeks swivel through 360°, ensuring safe manoeuvres through a smooth and regular feeding of the tiller rope. These cheeks protect the reefing drum efficiently and the round unobtrusive design, combined with recessed screws, allow the free running of the ropes. Reefing drum features highly resistant stainless steel and Delrin® ball bearings. Halyard swivel features Torlon® and Delrin® ball bearings which enhances the overall performance and increases the mechanical resistance. Chainplates width is adjustable.

The S-series jib reefing features a singlegroove spar (S for “single”). Its patented assembly system allows for easy installation with no need to unstep the existing forestay. The T-series jib reefing features a twingroove spar (T for “twin”). It allows the use of the jib reefing on a hollow forestay when racing, or the setting of twin head sails, to avoid hoisting the spinnaker.

811 jib reefingThe 811 drum cheeks swivel through 360°, ensuring safe manoeuvres through a regular feeding of the tiller rope. The drum core is manufatured from highly resistant aluminium combining performance and lightweight features. Drum and halyard swivel are equipped with Torlon® and Delrin® ball bearings for increased performance and mechanical resistance. 811 model comes as standard with adjustable chain plates, allowing both mounting possibilities (chainplates or turnbuckle).

Pulling the boom down with a conventional kicker causes the Boomstrut to flex upwards; releasing straightens the rods, thereby lifting and supporting the boom. This range gathers 30 years of evolution of this type of product. The blocks RT are able to withstand large loads en-suring maximum smoothness thanks to a roller cage TORLON. Two cages for captive balls Derlin shall take the side loads. In the design of the cheeks of blocks, every detail was taken care to detail. Furling gear

The FR WRAPPING are extremely reliable and efficient management of the headsail is inferred (code zero), is not infer-red (gennaker). A complete line that starts from the product to drift up to the big productions with custom units. The drum and the head, 6082T6 billet aluminum, stainless steel thrust bearings contain products from UBI MAIOR ITALY ® with optimal characteristics for this use. In fact turn out to be more sliding doors (essential for the swivel) and with a better distribution of the load with respect to the bearings on the market. The drum is placed in a casing in Arnite black able to cushion the impact with the vessel and to ensure the seal in position of the loop. The loop maneuver is easily installed thanks to the convenient front opening (EASY LOCK) and the recess provided on the drum. The geometry of the throat of the drum is able to ensure a perfect grip when closing but allows a perfect Disengagement in the opening so that you can open your sail from the cockpit by simply acting on the sheet.
