Welcome to the Sailfish Point Spa, a quiet corner where you come to be pampered and

rejuvenated. We offer a wide range of beauty and therapeutic treatments – everything from facials

to stress-relieving massages and invigorating total body exfoliation treatments. We offer a

full service hair salon, manicures, pedicures and waxing services are also available. This is what

you’ve been waiting for, enjoy your visit with us!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?Our Spa receptionist will gladly guide you and answer any questions you may have.

When should I arrive?We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for your enhanced comfort and relaxation.

What should I wear for my treatment?Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Most body treatments and massages are enjoyed without clothing, your body is fully draped at all times.

What if I am late for my appointment?If you are more than 10 minutes late for a appointment you must reschedule. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment must end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full cost of your treatment will be applied.

What is the cancellation policy?Cancellations may be made up to four hours in advance of your appointment. If you provide less than four hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the full service fee. If you fail to notify us at all, you will be charged for the full amount of the service.

Is tipping allowed?All of our salon service providers are independent contractors who are not paid by Sailfish Point. Tipping for the service is at your discretion.

What about my jewelry and valuables?Sailfish Point provides lockers in the Spa area. Please ask the Spa Receptionist for a key.

Should I shave before a treatment?Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services. For men, shaving is recommended but not necessary before a facial. If you choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so atleast two hours before your appointment.

What if I have special health considerations?Please notify the Spa Receptionist before booking appointments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know or if at any time during the treatment you feel discomfort, please let your therapist know.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?Yes, an adult (21 years or older) must accompany all minors under the age of 14.

Can we use the Spa at any time?The mens and women’s Spas (sauna, steam room and hot tub) are open from 6:30 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., Monday to Sunday.

It is our goal to provide a quiet atmosphere in the Spa. Please try to minimize noise for the fullest enjoyment of everyone. We thank you for your consideration!

FITNESS CENTER

Our fully equipped fitness facility features the best in cardio, free weights, and weight training machines. Our cardio machines are equipped with broadcast vision, enabling everyone to enjoy their favorite TV program by using headphones. Our spectacular aerobic room is the place to enjoy a variety of dance and exercise classes. Check the Fitness Desk for this month’s schedule.

Personal Trainers Personal trainers are available to assist everyone. Learn to properly use the machines, improving your workout or post-rehab program. All our trainers are nationally certified and available to assist you whenever the fitness center is open. You may schedule a one-on-one or partner session in advance. This is an excellent way to become motivated about working out, to learn the machines or to take your fitness level a step higher. $50 - $70 per hour

Persons must be 14 years or older to use the Fitness Center.

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

All classes are $8 except: Yoga classes which are $10 and Spinning classes which are L-I $10, L-II $12 and L-III $15

Aqua AerobicsThis class combines the water’s unique properties with aerobic conditioning, sculpting and stretching to develop muscular strength and endurance. This class incorporates all of the benefits of exercise with no stress on the spine and joints. All fitness levels and arthritic participants are welcome for this 60 minute class.

Yoga/PilatesThe Yoga/Pilates method is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and building core strength. This is an exercise program that engages all your muscles and leaves you refreshed and alert with a feeling of physical and mental well being. All fitness levels are welcome for this 50 minute class.

YogaThis is your opportunity to withdraw from the pressures of daily life. Yoga improves flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, concentration and stamina. Yoga combines stretch training with deep breathing and relaxation techniques. 75 minute class.

Spinning Spinning is a fun indoor cycling class. Get ready to burn 300-600 calories per hour! When seated you’ll work your hips, butt, thighs, and calves. When standing you add your entire core, arms, chest, and shoulders for a total body workout with no impact. Beginner, Level I is for 30 mins. Intermediate, Level II is for 45 mins. Advanced, Level III is for 60 mins.

Body Blast This popular weight training endurance class is designed to get you in shape quickly. We do traditional strength exercises moving to upbeat music, focusing on many repetitions and endurance training. This 75 minute multi-level class accommodates all fitness levels.

Circuit TrainingA personal trainer will work with you in the fitness room, on strength machines, free weights, and cardio machines to accomplish all four components of fitness: muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiovascular and flexibility. Join this group class where classmates encourage one another. This 60 minute fun, fast-moving class accommodates all fitness levels.

Dance ClassesCheck the monthly schedule for fun dance classes throughout the year. We will offer ballroom, cha-cha, swing, Latin dancing and much more.

PilatesPilates emphasizes the balance development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness. Helps with daily movement and ease.

Microdermabrasion Microdermabrasion is a popular cosmetic procedure in which the dead outermost surface of the skin is partially or completely removed by light abrasion. Microdermabrasion is used to remove sun-damaged skin and to remove or lessen scars and dark spots on the skin. Microdermasion can be used medically for scar removal. It is most effective when the scar is raised above the surrounding skin, but is less effective with sunken scars.
