BASIC HARDWARE INSTALLATION



Insert the Graphics Acquisition card(s) and relay output card into the PCI slot on the main

board of the industrial PC one by one, and tight them with screws. Then, connect the relay

output card and the terminal block with the accessory cable.

Output card are packed with SAFIE setup

Make sure the dongle is fixed on the PC

BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING



No. Fault indication Possible Cause Solution1 Access device failed The address of the relay output card is

incorrect. See , go into the System Settingdialog and press the Read button.

2 Relay Output Card Fault! The driver of the relay output card is notinstalled or incorrect. Reinstall/update the driver.

3 Hardware key not found. The dongle is not connected or thedongle driver is installed incorrect. Check the parallel port connection ofthe PC or reinstall/update the dongle

driver.

4 The number of the video channels isreduced.

The PCI slot is loose or the incorrect

installation of the driver.Make sure the connection is good or

reinstall/update the driver.5 Not enough virtual memory for video card,

please reset it! The memory allocated for the card is toosmall. Go to the path:C:\windows\system32\, and executefile okdevman.exe, select the Buffer

Allocator tag and input the size of the

memory and restart the PC.
