◦ at least 5 lab rules being broken◦ a title for the cartoon (example: “Peanuts”)◦ your name (or initials) and the
date “worked” into your drawing◦ a byline (“by your name”) printed
on the same line as the title

◦a complete heading (name, #, period and date)
◦Extra Credit: numerical list of the proper, and properly spelled name for 5 pieces of scientific equipment depicted in your drawing (note---in order to do this you must put 5 pieces of scientific equipment into your drawing). An example would be 1) Erlenmeyer flask; 2) Bunsen burner etc… Using a generic term like flask, bottle or burner does not count.
