CIAS Additional Services (formally FIS)Provides information, advice and guidance on services that support families
CIAS Additional Services:
Manages and updates the Family Services Directory( online version
from 2014)
Produces Fun in Brum, a publication that lists events and activities
across Birmingham during half-terms and school holidays
Triage/brokerage for families who have more complex information
needs or particular service needs.
Operates CIAS Plus (Disabled Children’s Register) A tailored
information service for families with disabled children.
Fact sheets providing topic based information on services that can give
advice ,support and access to their services.
