In 2002, we launched a company with man-ufacturing and supply poly-woven dunnage bags in Izmir Turkey.

In order to meet the growing demand in European markets, we opened our new pro-duction facility in Por-tugal and European Headquarters in Hun-gary, following our sec-ond plant in Amasya Turkey.

Our manufacturing op-eration employs over 100 people. We have over 10 years of expe-rience in extrusion and confection of polypro-pylene and polyethyl-ene products.

ABP airbag produces custom designed mul-ti-layer Polyethylene films whose thickness ranges between 80 mi-crons and 200 microns for dunnage bag with the capacity of 10 000 tons per year.

Dunnage bag usage instruction1. Place the dunnage bag between 2 pallets, boxes or other objects.

2. Connect the inflator to the valve of the airbag (Figure 2).

3. Inflate the airbag while pressing the inflator’s button (Figure 3).

4. When the air bag has reached the proper hardness, detach the gun from the valve on the dunnage bag (Figure 4).
