Stand-alone machine
- Supplied on a movable C-frame with suction pipe
- Pneumatic lifting system
- Quick connectors for the compressed air connections
- Suction and transport pipe are easily to (dis)connect for cleaning
- Cleaning tool is delivered with the machine to empty the pipes
and make cleaning easier (optional for the TRANSFER PUMP)

The product to be pumped is transferred from a mixing bowl into
the hopper of a filling or depositing machine. This is done without
damaging or affecting the texture, consistency or appearance of
the products.
Insert the suction tube in the reservoir and start the pump.
The pump can be switched on manually or automatically when
using a level sensor in the hopper of the depositor.
TRANSFER PUMP
The TRANSFER PUMP is highly suitable for many types of product,
such as fruit fillings, fillings containing pieces of fruit e.g. apple,
apricot or whole cherries, but also creams, cake batters, muffin
batters, nut mixes etc.
Connect the TRANSFER PUMP to easily fill the hopper of a BD9 Depositor, Gearwheel Depositor or Piston Depositor.Adjustable lifting height
by pneumatic air cylinder.
Outlet pipe can be replaced
by an outlet hose.
Level sensor inside the bowl, to
prevent low level or overflowing.
A bracket on the suction pipe pre-
vents the pump from vacuuming.
