CLEARING THE BROWSER TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES (CACHE) • Open Safari • Click on the Safari option in the menu (you may need to minimize your Safari window to see this) • Select empty cache

COOKIE SETTINGS AND DELETING COOKIES • Go to the Safari option in the menu at the top of the screen (you may need to minimize your Safari window

to see this) • Select Preferences

• Select the Privacy Icon at the top of the menu • Under block cookies select never

• To clear cookies select the “Details…” button • Click the “Remove All” button • Click the “Done” button • Close the menu

• Go to the Safari option in the menu at the top of the screen and select quit Safari

• Open Safari • To insure that your browser is able to access PayPal (NIPR/NAIC payment vendor)

o Go to www.paypal.com o If you get a message similar to the one below please select “Always Trust www.paypal.com when

connecting to paypal.com” (or similar message) and click continue.

• Return to your application and start again.
