the saBic team has made several factory visits recently to meet and prequalify new partners.

these included a visit to Dresser-rand, the largest supplier of rotating equipment solutions to the oil and gas industry whose manufacturing and repair facility occupies 43,000 sq.m of land in ksa.

We also visited an arcelorMittal plant in Jubail, a 1.4m square foot state of the art seamless tube mill with a capacity of more than 600,000 tons. Flexitallic, the global leader in specialized sealing solutions. And the ingenia Polymers corp, whose 150,000 sq/ft plant produces compounds based on polyethylene and polypropylene.

stm11 the saBic technical Meeting (stM) is staged every two years and the 11th edition, held in Jubail industrial city, was the biggest yet with over 232 exhibitors from 45 countries.
