Happy Love Month! God is Love! Let’s give more hugs this month and tell others we love them. You would be surprised how many people never get a hug or have someone say “I love you”.

Mission Trip: 1st choice is July 13-19. 2nd choice is July 6-12. Please let us know if you can go! We are so excited!

Please be in prayer for us as we ask God for his direction and plan for us this year.

Good News Club: Mondays at Huntsville Elementary 2:30 -4:00; North Pointe Nursing Home: 2nd Saturday each month 10:00; Jacob Creek Nursing Home: 3rd Wednesday each month 7:00; Prayer Shawl Ministry 1st Thursday each month at 10:00; WMU: 1st Monday of each month 7:00 open to all women...all ages; Mission Trip…summer; Back Yard Bible Clubs…..spring to fall; Christmas Parade and Live Nativity; Operation In as Much and Serving the Community Day.

FEBRUARY 2019 Message from Keith….

Greetings to all and welcome to the second month of 2019. February is known for Valentine’s Day, the 14th of this “month of love!” The word February is born from the Latin word Februarius from Latin February, meaning to “purify” or “expiate.” In ancient Rome, Februarius was the “month of purification” and great festivities were held to re-establish the Empires focus on righteous living. February, as every month of the year, should be a month renewing our faith to our Lord and our love to each other. Let’s remember to pray for each other, to love each other and to forgive each other as our Lord Jesus has done for us.

table, refreshment table, snack donations, and those who gave blood to support this worthy cause. Our Goal was 28 units, we collected 30!! Great job EBC.

Children’s Choir News:Children’s Choir started back up on Sunday night January 6th. We had 18 children!!!

*We are going over some favorites to sing during upcoming services.*2019 Spring Musical…more information to come soon. *Children’s choir is for ages 3-year old’s to 5th grade…we welcome all children to join us. Serving HIM~ Ms. Denise

News and Info.….* We have started a food pantry for our local schools. If you would like to help, please pick up a list (blue paper) on the table in the foyer. Please put food in the box inSusan & Dawn’s classroom. This is a GREAT need!!!*Thanks for helping us reach our goal, $9,500, for the Lottie Moon Christmas offering…$10,730!!!*Next meeting…Monday, February 4th @ 7pm.

Recipe for the month Simple Lemon Pie Ingredients

1 package (8 ounce) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix

1 package (3 ounce) lemon gelatin 2-1/3 cups water 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 graham cracker crust 1-1/2 cups whipped topping

Directions: In a small saucepan, combine pudding mix and gelatin. Add water and lemon juice; stir until smooth. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Then cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer or until thickened. Remove from the heat; cool slightly. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Spread with whipped topping.
