vFlex VolunteersFor many charities working with their volunteers is critical to their success. How do you enable your volunteers to collaborate, communicate and contribute on the programmes you are running?

Setting up and running a BYOD programme has been seen by many as the best way to enable this approach to working. The costs and management involved can be limiting, but still better than the high expense of investing in equipment to loan to volunteers.

vFlex Volunteers removes the need for heavy investment, multiple logins and high levels of management. Utilising S3s custom built solution you can enable your volunteers to really take advantage of the BYOD methodology. With one simple login they can have access to multiple systems, with enough control built into the management console to enable your IT teams to manage user profiles and only allow access when required. Scale up quickly for large events and scale down quickly without relying on users to logout. This provides a level of cost and technical control that is difficult to reach using other BYOD routes and far less risky than lending out expensive hardware.

vFlex Autoscale Understanding when and how much growth you need within your infrastructure allows you to better control pressure on resources and maintain costs within a planned delivery schedule. However predicting and identifying when to scale up or down can be difficult and incurs costs when incorrect in volume or time required.

vFlex Autoscale removes these challenges. By using flexible infrastructure technologies and advanced data analytics you will be able to identify trends ahead of events and create predictive analysis that enables you to control exactly what is required at any point in time. Scale and load balancing technology will enable you to make sure when you scale up or down the required amount of any service is delivered at the most appropriate time.

vFlex AirgapOne of the biggest concerns for any IT department at this point in time is data storage and protection. New legislation regarding GDPR has made it abundantly clear that data protection is going to be a high risk area for companies if not handled correctly. Most companies already have in place solutions to protect from external threats, however what happens when these threats do get through or worse still the threat comes from an internal source? This can mean stolen data and information or in some scenarios deletion of your data and backups. All of which can be costly in finances and reputation alone.

vFlex Airgap offers an opportunity to safeguard against these external and internal threats to your data. By creating your own area within the think S3 cloud we are able to take your sensitive & mission critical data to a safe location and make sure that no one except specific think S3 personnel have access.

This creates a physical air gap between your own systems and our own. Simply put if your defences have been breached you can rely on vFlex Airgap to ensure your data is safe. Protecting both your business and your data in one simple solution to give you peace of mind.
