Abstract

Kromlech support has been steadily growing since 2014. In 2017 we supported 55 events,

which jumped to 112 by the second quarter of 2018 alone. With our increasing

appearence in tabletop community, we decided to step forth and accelerate support

programme.

Event Support is aimed to help both small and large events by increasing potential

interest, multiplying excitement of the attendees at the site and broadening the impact

Kromlech has on the community.

Inside you will find helpful information on what can we offer to your event as well as

what information we will need to establish a successful communication.

Our entire team wishes you great time with your event and is ready to help you make it

an excellent happening, bustling with people.

As you sit down to write down the details ofyour event, keep in mind that although theform will necessarily change to fit theframework of email correspondence, thegeneral structure is more or less the same asany kind of support request. Feel free to ask us and inquiry about anyinformation you may need.

BASIC STEPSTO OBTAINSUPPORT

All forms of support start with a simple

write up of the details we need to

process.

It is important that you contact us a few

weeks (or even months when it comes

to large sponsorships!) in advance, so

that our materials can reach you in

time.

More than often we confirm the support

the same day we receive the request.

After the materials are confirmed, we

ship the package.

Once you receive the package, make

sure to notify your support contact, if

everything is fine with its contents.

After your event, when the dust settles,

give us a hand and provide the

materials asked in IV. Obtaining the

Support (p. 20).

Terms & Conditionsof Kromlech Event Support

1 . This document is entirely free and open to all eligible event

organizers who satisfy the requirements below .

2 . No purchase necessary to enter sponsorship programme .

3 . To enter , you must contact Kromlech employee

at support@kromlech .eu . The person handling your case will provide

you with important information concerning your case e .g . support

proposed by company , time of sending the package and custom

information .

4 . Cancelletion of support must be stated in email .

5 . The support will be send from Rydygiera 8 , Warsaw 01-793 , Poland

within 7 days of promotional materials being confirmed to be on

stock .

6 . Each support will be individually handled unless the event in

question consists of several happenings .

7 . The currency and exact value of each voucher code will vary

depending on the countries and type of event .

8 . The total voucher code value ranges from : EURO €15 to EURO €60

or equal sum in USD ($) or GBP (£).

9 . Prizes and support materials are not transferable and no cash

alternatives will be offered . Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged

unless faulty .

10 . Prizes will be sent by Polish Postal Service or courier .

11 . Participants in receipt of a voucher must use it before its

expiration date (which is one month after the event takes place) or

the prize shall become void .

12 . A potential winner does not have to comply with the requirements

of these official rules .

13 . Entries may be rendered void if any of the Terms and Conditions

are breached .

14 . If the organizers have not claimed their support then Kromlech

will contact them via email within seven days of the returning of the

package . The event organizers may also be contacted in private

messages on social media . The package may be send for the second

time , with event organizer bearing the shipping costs . If the support

has not been claimed for the second time , then the opportunity to to

obtain the support materials will be lost and the sponsorship will be

withheld .

15 . By claiming the support , the organizers agree that Kromlech can

use their name and name of the event for advertising and

promotional purposes and for the purposes of fulfilling legal

obligations . Details of the events may be published on Kromlech 's

websites and social media pages .

16 . Kromlech reserves the right to refuse to provide sponsorship ,

without giving explicit reasons .

17 . Kromlech reserves the right to vary any of these Terms and

Conditions without notice . Any change , modification or suspension of

sponsorship is subject to the relevant state and territory regulations

in Poland . In such event , Kromlech will make reasonable efforts to

communicate any change with entrants .

18 . Entries from persons and partners who failed to provide a

successful way of communication and mutual respect will not be

considered .

19 . These rules are governed by the laws of Poland and any dispute

relating to the sponsorship will be subject to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the Polish courts . Entry indicates acceptance of the

rules as final and legally binding .

Maybe you have a game tournament, but

want to spice it up with Best Painted Army

competition? Feel free to write us all

Kromlech is created by hobbysists and cares

about expanding our passion to

accomodate new people. We will always

want to make your event best possible -

therefore feel free to ask us for our help if

PAINTING COMPETITION

Similarly to Painting ones , that 's a category for

events determining best miniature conversion ,

most creative bits mashup and analogous .

MODELLING COMPETITION

Attendees contend to determine the best of

them in painting challenge . It can vary from

single miniature painted on the event site to a

vote on who brought the best painted army .

RAFFLES

Single event or a series of meetings , where

attendees improve their skills , learn new ones

or are just having fun from hobbying together .

WORKSHOPS

The amount of the voucher code depends on the amount of

contestants, type of event and value of it. Note however that the

value of voucher code will be always equal when converted - be

Every type of event involves

overseeing a lot of moving parts,

oftentimes from different people.

To have a successful show, both

supporters and event organizers

must rely on a clean exchange of

information.

Moreover, once the event has

happened, we will need from you

several types of materials - mostly

to confirm that the event took

place. However we send our

Diplomas, measuring sticks and

other forms of support to be

represented in a proper way on the

event - and the way we are

represented depends on you -

event manager.

Once the sponsorship is confirmed,

there are several steps we require

you to follow:

- we will send you a Logo Pack

with several banners and photos to

choose from. Use them on events

website/fanpage, where attendees

will be notified by our sponsorship

- once we send our support,

confirm its arrival - so we know it

has reached you safely

After the event we require from

you to provide us with digital

assets listed below, send up to

month since event took place:

- footage of the event, (10 or more

photos) in .JPG or .PNG format

- photos showing our support

being used (winner with the

Diploma, gaming table with our

scenery, ballot cards with

contestants name etc.)

- it is not required, but if available,

we welcome movies recorded

during the event as well as links to

live feeds from the event

With our decision and informations we will include

Logo Pack, and other promotional materials. to

choose from, when you publish your event online.

runs smoothly and you know what happens with

our support. Information you can expect from us

includes:

• How much time each task will take to complete

• Timeline for sending the materials

• The frequency with which the schedule would be

reviewed or updated

Successful communication guarantees us that our

support is effectively used and creates possiblity to
