Congratulations on 10 YEARS!

School begins just after new year in East Timor.

Here, the new students of St Estevao Senior High school in the Vqq parish attend one of their orientation sessions in January 2020.

A beautiful memorial was held for Deb Singleton (Christian College) who died in 2019. Deb was an amazing supporter of the East Timorese people on so many levels. RIP Deb and thank you

for your example of love and service.

Madre Ambrosia is a Franciscan sister who lives in the Viqueque parish. St Mary’s Geelong has supported the

orphanage in Beloi for many years!

St Mary of The Angels, Geelong,

built 3 new classrooms at St Estevao Senior Secondary school.

The building was blessed and opened in July 2019 by Bishop Basilio Da Nascimento (Bishop of Baucau).

Cafe Light  

10 YRS CAFE LIGHT celebrated their 10th anniversary in 2019. Their amazing contribution has been the BACKBONE

of our financial support for the Viqueque parish.

THANK YOU!  CAFÈ LIGHT is open every Sunday. Make sure you

pop in for a tasty treat, light lunch or cuppa after Mass. A donation of $5 per serve is greatly appreciated.

St Mary’s has supported many young seminarians throughout our 10 year partnership. Once again, 4 young Viqueque men began their seminary education at Ballide in Dili, Timor-Leste with our

financial support.

The 2020 Parish Twinning Cup!

Our financial support has supported the Parish Twinning Cup to be contested seven times in the past 10 years!
