or a clock from flowers and foliage, grasses, etc. Space Allowed 30 cm x 30 cm. E-1. For Children 8 years and under. E-2. For Children 9 to 14 years.

"W� G �V I�" for SO��� G � S� Entries could be as simple as something grown in your school garden, a pot of bulbs, or even a mosaic of succulents in an old cake tin.

There is no limit to the number of students involved in creating each

entry, but the planning and work must be done by the children. Space allowed 40 cm x 40 cm E-3. For Children 8 years and under. E-4. For Children 9 to 14 years.

1st and 2nd prizes awarded in each class - to be judged by accredited judges. There will be a popular vote for the public to vote for their choice of

Best Exhibit in the Children's Exhibits.

Each child will receive a Certificate of Recognition and a small prize for participation.

Entries must be phoned in to 9893 3247 by 8 pm. Thursday 15th August and must be staged at the hall by 11am Saturday 17th August.

*** All exhibits will be judged primarily for design according to the Handbook of the “Australian Floral Art Association Inc. Manual”.

*** Unless otherwise stated, any type of container, plant material or suitable accessories including embellishments may be used in conjunction with horticultural materials for purposes of completing or assisting artistic design, but horticultural material to dominate.

*** A minimum of painted materials allowed, but must be used with discretion, beauty should be the keynote and plant material must predominate.

*** Horticultural materials must touch water or water retaining substance except material that will obviously last the duration of the show.

*** On the second Morning of the show exhibitors may replace wilted Camellia heads provided the design of the arrangement is not changed.

*** Bling is taken to include such accessories / embellishments as beads, coloured wires, ribbons and feathers.

*** NO assistance with the staging of exhibits on the day. If help is required to carry materials into the Hall, please ask that person to leave the Hall as soon as the goods have been deposited. Only Stewards are to be asked if assistance is required during the staging.

9. Judges are empowered to withhold awards from any exhibit not considered worthy. Judges' decision will be final in all instances.

10. Floral Art Prize Money will be paid from 3 p.m. on Sunday, 18th August after which, if not claimed, shall become the property of the Show Committee.

11. All exhibits, except Children's Exhibits and Floral Art, must be grown by the exhibitor for 2 months, be correctly and clearly named with botanical or common name and must face the judge.

12. All exhibits shall be deemed the property of the Show Committee until the conclusion of the Show. The Committee will exercise all care, but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any exhibit.

13. J �T��T : Camellia classes to Camellias Australia Inc. standards and definition. All other classes to Australian Horticultural Judges' Association standards.

PARKING : Please DO NOT park in the very limited area near the back of the kitchen. This area is only to be used by people who lock up and are last to leave the hall.
