Kristal Freedom Account

A/C Processing:NIL

A/C Maintenance:NIL

Custody & Asset Operating Fee:No fees for investment up to USD 50,000 and25 or less buy/sell of Kristals per calendar year(from Jan to Dec)

Monthly Management Fee:No fees for investment up to USD 50,000. 0.3%p.a. management fees will be charged forincremental Assets Under Management (AUM)over USD 50,000

FX Conversion:Up to 0.20% from Market Rate(Market Rate available to Kristal.AI is thatprovided by broker)

Funds Deposit:SGD, HKD - NILUSD - up to USD 25AUD, EUR, GBP - up to USD 250

Funds Withdrawal:SGD, HKD - NILUSD - up to USD 250

Remarks:Custody & Asset Operating Fee- Every Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) initiation is considered as 1 buy- If AUM is greater than USD 50,000, the fee will be charged by the broker (Saxo Capital Markets)

Monthly Management Fee- If AUM is greater than USD 50,000: the fee will be charged directly to the account by the broker (Saxo Capital Markets)
