Live Auction

Our Live Auction will include a select number of unique items and will begin approximately at 8:45pm. The

auctioneer will specify a minimum opening bid at the start of the bidding for each item. Bidding will end

he there are o ore idders for the ite a d the au tio eer pro ou es the ite sold . Spotters will

approach the winning bidder, confirm the bid price and make arrangements for payment.

Silent Auction

Many exciting items will be auctioned under a silent auction system. Items, along with their starting bids,

will be listed on bid sheets on tables throughout the room. To bid on an item, simply write in your higher

bid on the line below the current bid. Please print your bid, name and bidder number, and contact

information clearly. All winners will be notified no later than May 4th. Auction items will be available for

pick-up at YCS beginning May 4th. We will post specific pick up times and dates on

www.yorkvillecommunityschool.org and through email.

Mystery Envelopes and 50/50 Raffle

Mystery Envelopes will be available throughout the evening for $25 each. Envelopes may contain gift

certificates, merchandise certificates and more. Value ranges from a minimum of $25 to $80. 50/50 Raffle ti kets ill e sold duri g the e e t. Of all the fu ds olle ted for this raffle, 50% ill e do ated to the YCS PTA and 50% goes to the winner of the raffle. There will be only ONE winner. Tickets will be

sold until 10:20pm with the drawing occurring at approximately 10:30 on the evening of the auction.

CASH ONLY. You NEED to be present to win. Should the winner not come forward after a good faith

attempt to identify them, another ticket will be drawn. This will continue until a winner is identified.

Methods of Payment

Payment for items will be accepted when the item is picked up. If you are paying by check, please make it

payable to Yorkville Community School PTA, and indicate the Item Number(s) on the check. All sales are

final. Credit cards are accepted.

by it and not the donor. All proceeds benefit YCS Enrichment Programs. Purchasers cannot ask for

refunds, exchanges, or modifications of terms from the donors.

classrooms with new laptop computers that can connect to and

leverage the existing SmartBoards and wireless networking systems.

Computers in the classroom will not replace the traditional educational
