Learn more at: http://www.accenture.com/us-en/Pages/service-health-insight-driven.aspx Job Description The RxCLAIMS Manager is a hands-on consultant with strong integration, administration and troubleshooting experience on the RxCLAIMS platform. He/she should have knowledge of application programming modules, data model, functional understanding of the working of benefit and eligibility setup functionality, claims adjudication engine and out of the box Medicare Part-D functionality supported by the package. Roles and Responsibilities Analysis & Detailed Design • Analyze user requirements • Work with the Business Architect to develop detailed designs that conform to application architecture guidelines • Create functional and technical specifications • Perform root cause analysis on all production support related issues • Design application modifications and new functionality as appropriate • Deepen functional understanding of customer's business issues Application Configuration and Support • Develop and modify configurations that meets design requirements • Create and maintain all necessary documentation and training materials for application changes • Create and maintain all necessary documentation for projects • Conduct code related peer reviews; resolve issues • Respond to user/operator requests and inquiries, as appropriate • Deepen technical understanding of application environment across all applications • Document coding issues and resolutions Continuous Improvement • Adhere to methodology and process standards • Provide input to new process development • Ensure systems meet functional and technical standards • Identify improvements for processes, standards, deliverables, etc. • Develop reusable materials • Continually increase knowledge of client's business Production Implementation • Update Change Control schedule with upcoming production releases • Initiate and complete hardware/software request • Obtain approval for hardware/software request from Team Lead • Verify hardware/software request executed and components moved to production • Initiate and complete Turnover Package Process when necessary • Monitor production of recently migrated components Team Collaborator • Assist and train other software developers, as needed • Participate in cross training initiatives • Assist the Team Lead in estimating and scoping

• May have responsibility for individual project work planning and scheduling as delegated by the Team Lead • Communicate with users/clients • Provide timely work request status to Team Lead - Provide Team Lead with required documentation on all incoming work requests - Escalate issues to Team Lead when required • Update work request tracking tool with required information - Provide status updates as warranted, once per week minimum - Provide project lifecycle updates as necessary • Update time sheet on a daily basis, accurately reflecting proper task workload • May have responsibility of ownership of team processes • Contribute to the development of training materials for new processes developed by the team Basic Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands on RxCLAIMS system implementation, integration and / or maintenance experience • 3+ years experience with RxCLAIMS functional modules (Claims, Eligibility, Benefits, Medicare Part-D), setup and end user screens, batch programs, back-end application architecture, integration APIs and data architecture • 5+ years extensive experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Additional Preferred Skill Requirements: • Prior experience in distributed applications development • Ability to travel 100% • Prior or current experience at one of the full service, national PBMs or at an in-house PBMs of a health-plan • Has designed, developed, configured, tested, deployed or supported components of a complex software application • Demonstrated expertise with software application lifecycle methods, processes and tools • Experience interacting extensively with business software application customers and users • IT methods, processes and tools • Understanding/knowledge of implementation methodology • Ability to build strong relationships with clients • Prior consulting experience a big plus. • IBM System i (AS/400), Synon/2, RPG experience a plus • Experience in J2EE Technologies, Web Services (Soap, AJAX, REST), SOA Architecture, SPRING Framework and Hibernate framework • Experience in XML, XSLT, JDK1.6, DB2 and SQL technology Professional skills requirements • Proven ability to build, manage and foster team-oriented environment • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Excellent leadership and management skills Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
