Approach and Methodology Our central approach is based on a tested Experiential Learning methodology that
is learner centered, participatory, highly dynamic and stimulating.
The following principles guide the Bharat Calling module designed for training:
Systemic thinking: Knowledge and skill to see a system as
a whole and not as parts training
Cross sectoral: Perspectives of multiple stakeholdersacross sectors are mapped; also learning from peers
representing different sectors. Group work
Experiential: Associates work on a real life sustainability
challenge being faced by vulnerable communities using the
U process Bharat Calling alumni visit
Participative: Follows principles of participatory approach
including group exercises, individual assignments, peer
learning, etc Daily exercises
Customised: Modules are designed based on contextual
theme and training needs of the target group. It made me to come out of my
comfort zone and I was surprised
to see my new self Sandeep Jain
