The employee takes the test and if they do not score the set threshold or above there is a process whereby they need to re-study the materials and then retake the test. If they continue to score below the threshold an escalation can be sent to the Training Manager so that they may get individual attention to assist them in understanding the materials

Once studied and assessed the results are sent to a designated supervisor and/or the staff member
