RTC Corona Virus Update The health and safety of you, your guests and our team members remain our top priority. Our campus website now includes addional Coronavirus informaon. Here you will be able to review the steps we are taking to prevent the potenal spread of the virus on campus. Catering Event Protocol Our catering team has also added the below list of Service Protocols for all catered events. 1. Team members will adhere to social distancing guidelines. 2. All self-service food and beverage offerings are discouraged unl further noce. a. All previously sold self-service food and beverage offerings will be recommended to adjust to a plated or individual boxed opon. b. Tray passed mini plate services will be offered. 3. Roune sanizing of all surfaces both in the front and back of the house will take place periodically throughout the event. 4. All service locaons will have hand sanizer available. 5. All table set or rental items such as chargers, plates, glassware and utensils will remain in original packaging and be moved to the dining room just prior to being unwrapped and handled. a. Any addional or backup products will remain in original packaging unl needed. 6. Any passed food items will be served in individual porons in their own vessel. 7. No plate, vessel, or glass will be reused or refilled. 8. Service items on the table which are typically communal (water pitchers, coffee carafes, salt and pepper shakers, sugars, and creamers) will be brought out upon request, served in individual porons and removed by server. Each item will be sanized aſter use. The space can accommodate up to 350 guests at full capacity. For a more inmate seng the Culinaire Dining Room is the right choice. This elegant room, decorated with prints from local arsts, seats a small group up to 50 provided it meets the current King County COVID Phase requirements. This inmate atmosphere is the right choice for special occasions, rehearsal dinners or company breakfasts and dinners. During the lunch hour, please join us for a fine dining experience prepared by our Culinary Arts students. Our dining room is typically open from 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. when school is in session. Our dining room will be closed during the summer and will return to service when school is in session for Fall quarter provided it meets the current King County COVID phase requirements.
