RS-105 & RRS-15

RS-105 and RRS-15 are superb for sealing cables and pipes in penetration by �nishing the outside with Remitite Silicone Sealant 105 after protecting the inside with RRS-15 sleeves. RS-105 and RRS-15 Cable & Pipe Penetr-ation Sealing System is rated in classes A-60 and H-120 and shows excellent �re-resistance, expandabili-ty and endothermic performance.

RS-105 and RRS-15 expand up to 20 times its original volume when exposed to temperatures above 180˚C. During this expansion process, a porous mass is formed, which has thermal insulation properties. Also, this expansion is not accompanied by the formation of large amounts of fumes. This system is proven as an ultravio-let radiation and ozone interceptor.

Remitite Silicone Sealant RS-105 is a �re and water resist-ant sealant based on a single component compo-und. It is an adaptable and �exible product that can be used in many di�erent applications, jointing between building elements and materials, especially in shipping and o�shore plants.

Remitite Sleeve RRS-15 is a �re-resistant, intumes-cent, and endothermic special rubber compound, creat-ing value for customers in shipping and o�shore plants. The extrudability of this product at high tempera-ture and water-resistance is excellent.

RRS-15 M18/12 and M27/19 can be supplied in nonsplit multi-units of 10 pieces bonded together.
