PLAN

Goal/Purpose: Provide a planning tool to identify and manage costs for breakeven

P&Ls by each key activity, identifies costs in each area Allows “what-ifs” which flow through the model

Provides base to compare “Actuals” against

Methodology: Reviewed and quantified 10 years of entry data and 4 years of Specialty Order Form revenue Compiled and averaged this information into a demand revenue

model Used expenses from Perry along with reviews with Performance,

H&G and othercommittees and other Club experts for each P&L

Databases: Includes history of key parameters like entries (performance & conformation) with revenues by source, room nights,

attendees, meals, Ways & Means sales, clinic results, etc. so that each

year no no longer needs to start from scratch
