INTRODUCTION
This report describes the results of a program of mechanical and manual stripping as well as geological mapping of trenches on the Cote-Alfred Lake Property. Property owners were searching for base metals, precious metals and industrial minerals.
The first block of claims on this property was staked in September 2000. The structure and carbonization displayed in this area indicated a possibility for base metals, as well as gold and the platinum-group elements. The first exploration program, consisting of prospecting, stripping and geological mapping of bedrock, took place from April 28, 2001 to November 11, 2002.
The program described in this report took place from May 2003 to August 2004. During the past two years, woodland companies cut the wood remaining on the property. This activity cleared the land and lead to the discovery of more sulphide occurrences during the summers of 2003 and 2004. Two samples assayed for Nickel, Copper, Platinum, Palladium and Gold returned encouraging results.
The program described in this report was carried out on the northern part of the property. Sulphide deposits are plentiful throughout this area. Mechanical and manual stripping was done in nine separate locations, followed by washing of the trenches with a pressure pump as well as manual washing. Finally, core samples from eight different locations were taken using a Stihl diamond drill capable of drilling a core thirty-six (36) cm long by four and one-half (4 1/2) cm in diameter.

LOCATION, ACCESS A TOPOGRAPHY
The property lies in the northeast corner of McQuestin Township and in the northwest corner of Houck Township. From Thunder Bay, you must travel on Highway 11/17 to Nipigon, then north on Highway 11 to the town of Geraldton. Travel north on Highway 584 from Geraldton to False Creek Road (approximately 12 km). Follow the False Creek Road 5 Vi km east to the southern line of claim #1187660. The Trans- Canada gas pipeline is approximately 10 km south of this property. The False Creek Road (an all-season road) was extended in the year 1999 through the central part of the Cote-Alfred Lake Property by Kimberly Clark Woodlands. New summer and winter roads have been established in the last two years. Map #1 illustrates the property location. Map #2 outlines the claim area.
The topography of the property is typical of the Beardmore-Geraldton Greenstone belt. A series of ENE-WSW trending bedrock ridges up to 5 to 20 meters high are separated by swamps and muskeg-filled depressions. Three small ponds and part of Alfred Lake are located on this property. Two small creeks cross the claims. During 2000 and 2001, Kimberly Clark harvested the timber on Claim #1187660 and #1245674. The rest of the claim group has been cut since then. The forest cover is dominated by jack pine, spruce, cedar, tamarack and poplar. Some areas contain mixed timber. Food, fuel, accommodations and supplies, as well as a variety of exploration services are readily available in Geraldton.

HISTORY AND PREVIOUS WORK
History of the Beardmore-Geraldton Gold Belt
Gold was first discovered at Geraldton in the area of what was then called Little Long Lac (now Kenogamisis Lake) in 1917. A gold-bearing boulder was found by Tony Oklend during his trapping activities, but its source was never located. The area lay more or less dormant until the early 1930's, when gold discoveries were made somewhat further to the west, on what became the MacLeod-Cockshutt and Little Long Lac properties. The Little Long Lac mine was the first to be brought to commercial production, in 1934, followed by the Bankfield Consolidated mine in 1937, the Magnet, Hard Rock, Tombill and MacLeod-Cockshutt mines in 1938 and the Jellicoe mine in 1939.
At the same time that gold mines were being developed in the Geraldton area, discoveries were being made and brought to production at Beardmore. The Northern Empire mine was discovered in 1926 and mining started in 1934. Gold was found at the Sand River site in 1934, and on the adjacent Leitch property the next year. The Leitch discovery was of unusually high grade, and production commenced in 1936, followed the next year by the Sand River mine. The Leitch mine went on to be one of the richest gold mines in Canada, producing almost l million tons with a recovered grade of 0.92 ounces per ton.
The gold discoveries at Beardmore and Geraldton sparked a staking and prospecting rush that lasted through most of the 1930's and covered an area from west of Beardmore to east of Longlac, a distance of 120 km. Numerous discoveries were made during this period. Mason fa White (1986) list 177 known gold occurrences, and there are many more that are poorly documented or not documented at all in the literature.

The Brookbank gold deposit, 10 km northeast of Angle Lake, was discovered in 1982 by Metalore Resources Ltd. It has drill-indicated reserves of 1,300,00 tons grading 0.26 oz/ton Au. It is a "blind" deposit, which was discovered by deep drilling beneath surface showings that had been found in the 193 O's but had yielded erratic and discontinuous results when drilled in the 1940's. Its discovery indicates two important facts: (a) that economic gold deposits are not restricted to the historical Geraldton and Beardmore camps; and (b) there are discoveries still to be made in the region.
Page 5
HISTORY and PREVIOUS WORK of the ALFRED LAKE AREA
The only previous staking recorded of this property were four (4) units at the southwest corner of Claim #1245670 covering the small pond. Canadian Nickel Co. Ltd. drilled one hole (110' deep) in 1970-1972 (#42956-0) at the east end of the pond.
Canadian Nickel Co. Ltd. also drilled one hole 125.6 m deep in Alfred Lake. Stringers and disseminations of pyrrhotite, pyrite and chalcopyrite in intermediate metavolcanics were recorded. This drill hole was two (2) km northeast of the present Cote-Alfred Lake Property in northern Houck Township. No other work was reported.
During the early summer of 1987, Coulson Exploration Inc. conducted a program of airborne magnetic and electromagnetic surveying, geological mapping and prospecting south and east of the property. In 1981, Amoco Canada Petroleum Company Limited drilled seven (7) holes, totaling 1,416 feet in McQuesten Township west of the Cote property. No other work was recorded.
During 2001 and 2002, the present owners of the property conducted an exploration program consisting of prospecting, mechanical and manual stripping and geological mapping of the bed rock on the southern part of the property. This report is available at MNDM offices.
Page 6
REGIONAL GEOLOGY
The property lies in the eastern part of the Beardmore-Geraldton Greenstone Belt, a lithologically and structurally distinct domain of the Wabigoon sub-province, within the Superior province of the Canadian Shield. The Beardmore-Geraldton belt is characterized by an alternotion of east-west striking metasediments and mafic metavolcanics. The metasediments are dominangly greywacke and associated argillites, with occasional interbedded magnetite iron formations, conglomerates and arkoses. Possible gabbroic sills lie within the mafic metavolcanic sequences and intrusive rock are fairly common. Small bodies of porphyry are also common. Large scale folding is essentially absent, but small and medium scale folds are fairly common where there is a strong competency contrast, such as iron formations interbedded with greywacke. A number of major strike-parallel faults or regional shears cause either a repetition or a truncation of stratigraphic units; faults seldom outcrop and therefore their location, displacement and extents (and sometimes even their existence) is uncertain. The Burrows River fault and deformation zone has the same character. Poor outcrop exposure of the area does not clearly define the fault and the width of the deformation zones. Numerous faults and folding occur in the Beardmore-Geraldton Greenstone belt.
PROPERTY GEOLOGY
The Cote-Alfred Lake Property is constructed mainly of ultramafic amphibolik grade metemosphism enrichment with biotite hornblend with garnet and tourmoline crystals. Sericite schist and pyroxenite are abundant in this area.
The Burrows River deformation zone fault strikes in a northeasterly direction and joins the Alfred Lake Fault which strikes southwesterly and 40* northeasterly. The junction of these faults indicate a major deformation area. Most of the rock strike 60* to 80* northeasterly. Small portions of the property lie in a band of epiclastic metasediments up to 2 km in thickness. The metavolcanics cover a large portion of the Alfred Lake Property, l to 2 km in width with intrusive contacts. The northern part of the property consists of felsic and intermediate plutonic rock. A narrow band of quartz wacke is biotite bearing. It is approximately 200 meters wide and is banded between the plutonic and mafic metavolcanic intrusive rocks.

STRUCTURE and GEOLOGY OF THE NORTHERN SECTION OF THE ALFRED LAKE PROPERTY
The deformation zone occurs mostly in the northern section of this property. A large diabase dike strikes in a northwesterly direction. The sericite schist with blue quartz phenocryst strikes east at the location of Trench TR04-1. To the east of the large diabase outcrop, lies a small fine grained diabase dike. The sericite schist was cut by these two dikes at this location. The sericite schist turns south for fifty (50) meters and turns back to the east at the east side of the main road. At the sites of TR04-7 and TR04- 8, a small diabase cuts the massive sulphide to the west and the easterly striking iron formation was also cut by this two meter wide dike.
The massive sulphide forms a "S" fold at this location. Mineral was located approximately two hundred (200) meters northwest of trench TR04-9.
The iron formation has been located in three different areas at the main road fifty meters north of Trench TR04-1 and one hundred and fifty (150) meters west of Trench TR04-3 offset for one hundred (100) meters north.
The third showing is approximately three hundred (300) meters north of Trench TR04-8. The iron formation strikes northeasterly.
An easterly striking royalite or diorite carbonated dike crosses the work area. This dike turns east and is about thirty (30) meters wide. The feldspar porphyry with blue quartz phenocryst is approximately fifteen (15) meters wide. This easterly striking sericite schist dike was followed east for four hundred (400) meters. South of this sericite schist is a two (2) meter wide fine grain ultramafic dike displaying three bands of garnets. The first band is 30 cm wide, the second is 25 cm wide. The third band is 10 cm wide and lies on the south side of the dike. South of this dike, the easterly striking ultramafic volcanic displays numerous small quartz veinlets. This untramafic volcanic is approximately three meters wide. The remainder of this northern section of the property consists mainly of pyroxene, a dark green alteration.
The location of these trenches and dikes are found on the Trench Location Map. Trench Geology is illustrated on the Trench Map.

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The Cote-Alfred Lake Property has the potential for a massive sulphide deposit. During the 2003 - 2004 Work Program, five new areas of massive sulphide deposits were discovered. Samples from two of these new zones were sent for assay anaylsis. A drill hole sample from trench TR04-1 location returned excellent assay results of Au 207ppb, Pt 187 ppb, Pd 864 ppb, Cu 9,365 ppm and Ni 4,045 ppm. The second sample was taken from a large float piece of massive sulphide and returned nearly identical results. The new sulphide discoveries contain the same types of mineral as the samples that were assayed. The core from the drill hole samples will be assayed at a later date.
During the original staking of the property, two VLF conductors and a high mag were located in what is now the location of trenches TR3 and TR3-A (2001 - 2002 Work Report). These units have excellent potential for PGE minerals and should be drilled to a depth of one thousand feet and the core assayed. They cover an area approximately 200 meters in width. The northern VLF conductor, at the site of TR04-6, should also drilled to a depth of five hundred feet and the core assayed. It is approximately 100 meters wide. Plenty of mineral is visible at all these locations.
A concentrated prospecting, mechanical stripping and trenching, as well as a geological mapping program with lines at 100 meter intervals for control should be undertaken on this property. These mineralization zones are open to the east and west of these areas.
