CoreLogic RP Data Professional – Getting Started Guide Series

Search Results TabsSearch Results ViewsWhen you perform a search or action in RP Data Professional that returns multiple properties, the results are displayed in pre-filtered tabs to make it easier for you to research and find the properties you are interested in.

Different Search Results TabsThe number displayed in brackets on each results tab is the number of results returned.

Property tab

► Contains all properties from your search

Sales History tab

► Properties that have sold between a specified date range on the Refine Search panel

► Modify the date range to see more or less property sale transactions

On The Market tab

► Properties in your search that are currently listed For Sale

► Price and the listing agent displayed where known

Market Compare tab

► The advertising history of each property in your search, regardless of whether or not they have sold

► Reveals vendor discounting and days on market statistics for each property

Finance tab

Available for Mortgage and Finance clients.

► Shows properties in the area that we believe would qualify for particular mortgage products

► Filtered results to identify High Equity, Refinance and Reverse Mortgage opportunities

Contacts tab

► Displays the vendor name, address and phone number, if available

► Please note that this information is only available in NSW, WA, Queensland and Victoria

Auction Results tab

► Shows auction activity and results for your chosen area

Rentals tab

► Shows which properties from your search have been advertised for rent

► The Current Rental Price displayed is the last advertised rental price, which is not necessarily the price the property actually rents for

Direct Marketing tab

► Provides the name, address and phone number details for the marketing contacts matched to the addresses in your search results

► Allows you to contact potential vendors and tenants for marketing purposes

Advanced FiltersWhen you have very specific property requirements, you can drill down into your search results even further with the “Advanced Filters” available in the “Refine Search” section. This lets you identify properties with very specific attributes such as pools or air conditioning.

► When you turn an Advanced Filter on, it is applied across all search results – even those in other tabs, until you turn it off

In this example “Advanced Filters” show that only one of the 26 properties originally listed in the “Property Tab” for the street has both a swimming pool and air conditioning.
