For the Good of the OrganizationFor the Good of the Organization

Thanks, Norb MurrayThanks, Norb Murray

Norb has been a fine Royal Update editor but heand Lady Leah are planning to move to Idaho.

Norb volunteered as editor four years ago, accepting the job when asked by his sponsor, thefounder of the Royal Update, Duke Peter Glazer.Peter knew Norb could do the job because Norbhad put out an excellent newsletter when he wasthe District Governor of Rotary (District 5100--about 75 clubs).

Do you have experience in journalism or newsletter writing? Norb's move toIdaho leaves incoming Prime Minister Korrie looking for a replacement. Fornow, all Korrie and the "committee" want is for Rosarians with expierience tohelp out interim editors Tom Marantette and Peter Glazer (what could be more

fun than working with Tom?)

The Royal Update was designed to promote upcoming Rosarian events andactivities. When it was founded in 2005 a companion publication, theReminder, recapped and highlighted events and activities that had taken place.

As we resume normalcy, and hopefully a full slate of Rosarian activities, PrimeMinister Korrie needs your help getting out the word in advance of allupcoming events and activities.

As Norb Murray put it, Royal Rosarians are a wonderful, creative, dedicatedand, most of all, fun-loving group. We are going to get back to that, and soon,if Korrie and her leadership team can possibly do it.

Can you help? Maybe agree to work with Tom and Peter to write an article ortwo? If you are interested please contact Tom Marantette([email protected]) or incoming PM Korrie.

Peter & Tom
