To opac or not to opac?To opac or not to opac?

The verb to google (also spelled to Google) refers to using the Google search engine to obtain information on the Web. It was officially added to the Oxford English Dictionary on June 15, 2006, and to the eleventh edition of the Merriam-Webster Collegiate Dictionary in July 2006.

The verb to opac (also spelled to OPAC) refers to customizing the online public catalogue of the library in order to offer the users a better search experience. It was first used by Roxana Popistasu on the 4th of November 2009 at Developer meets developer (ExLibris).
