WE ARE A TORONTO BASED PET CLOTHING STUDIO, DEDICATED TO CRAFTING WELL MADE, BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED PRODUCTS FOR DOGS AND CATS.

Our collections include coats, tailored shirts, classic bandanas, dapper bow ties, and a variety of collars.

Our pieces are meant to last, each hand constructed using high quality fabrics and finishes.

WHOLESALE TERMS

PRICING & MINIMUMSMinimum opening order is $450 dollars.

Minimum reorder is $250 dollars.

PAYMENTPayment for first time orders will be billed when the order is placed.

Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, or American Express.

for second & subsequent orders payment is due upon shipping.

LATE PAYMENTLate payments are subject to 18% annual finance charges. Interest will begin accruing one day after the due date on the invoice. Unpaid invoices will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days. The amount due will include all legal and agency fees.

CANCELLATION

canceled orders are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to be paid within fifteen days of cancellation.

SHIPPINGAll domestic & international orders ship via Canada Post with tracking, unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping is charged via a flat fee based on dollar value of the order. All items ship from Toronto, Canada. orders ship out within 3-4 weeks.

RETURNS & EXCHANGESReturns may be made on damaged merchandise within fourteen days of the arrival of the order. Return requests must be submitted in writing. We currently do not accept exchanges on merchandise ordered.
