Calling the Meeting to Order: stArea Chairman Tr. Niraj Dhote called the 2 AEX meeting of Round Table India Area IV to order with a toast to The President of

India.

Aims & Objects of Round Table India: Chairman requested Tr. Meet Jain to read the Aims & Objects of RTI.

To develop the fellowship of young men through the medium of their business and professional

occupations and community service activities.

To encourage active and responsible citizenship by cultivating the highest ideals in business,

professional and civic traditions.

To promote and further international understanding, friendship and co-operation.

To promote the extension of the Association.

Greetings Received: AC Tr. Niraj Dhote conveyed to the floor the greetings received from The National Board & Tables of Area IV.

Welcome Address:Chairman Tr Niraj Dhote welcomed all Chairmen & Conveners and visiting Tablers to the 2nd AEX .

RT 17: Chairman Meet Jain - Live On Table OnChairman Tr. Meet undated AEX about Table Bounding and various fellowships. He mentions

about the active participation of his Table in all the Area Events. He also apraised for starting

2 FTE projects this year, he also informed that Rt17 is planning to form a Comedy Club in

Kolkata, details of which will be informed soon.

RT 34: Chairman Tr. Brijesh Dalmia -

Lets Have Some Fun

Chairman Tr. Brijesh informed AEX of these points

- Fellowship - Chai pe Bulaya hai- Active participation by Rt34 in WAH INDIA

- FUNDRAISER - Halloween Night, Jeffrey Archer (jointly by Rt106), and informed about

more fund raiser in pipeline with Anupam Kher (jointly with Lc46 and Rt113)

He informed about the success of they 911 meeting theme as UNITED WE STAND

- Informed about the various completed and under going FTE projects

Extension - RT 34 is planing to extend a table in Singapore.

International Relations - took YAPS to CSC for dinner.

RT 41: Chairman Tr. Pravin KanodiaHe had a wonderful PPT in which the following points were mentioned:

- Project Sparkle - record sale of Rs.50,00,000/-

- Over 20 fellowship in last 2 qtr

- Publicity - UDAAN (Kite flying competition)

- Non FTE - Blood Donation camp in association with Akhel Bhartiya Teraapanth Uvak Parishad.

- RTI Week - 19 non fte projects at the total cost of Rs.1,49,200/-

- IR - A cruise on Ganges with Yaps

- Active participation by Rt41 in WAH INDIA

- informed about the various Twinklers activities.

He also appraised about his various activities in next 2 qtrs from Car Rally for the Blind to extensions in Guwahati

RT 53: Chairman Tr. Abhishek Gupta – Together

ForeverHe gave a powerful power point presentation starting with

- Hosting NEX in Bhubaneshwar- LAPD by Nirmal APT and Couple module- Sand Animation by Children which was elects to be screened in German Film Festival- IR with LRT 53 from Belgium and BPRT 10 from Nepal- Go Green – drive along with twinklers at FTE projects- Active participation in WAH INDIA- RTI week Project – Blind Shopping was very well covered in electronic and print Medias.- Organized a chess tournament “Chess is a Gymnasium for the mind” and was well covered in Print media

- Upcoming events – D3, Fantasy Flights are lined up he informed.

RT 63: Chairman Tr. Rajesh Kr. Goel

rdReceived a standing ovation for hosting a successful 33 Area AGM and submission of Account on timeHe had a powerful presentation which had the following

- RT63 was very active during RTI week, starting from participation at KSS to distribution of Blankets and various other non fte projecs.

- RT 63 has seamed lined decent number of weekend trips and dinners throughout the qtr- They had plans for 5 inductions during the year.

RT 67: Chairman Tr. Manoj AgarwalHe had a presentation which had the following

th- Distribution of school bangs and RTI Text books jointly with RT 41 on 700 land mark thon 15 August.

- Organized Mega Blood Bank with Terapanth.- Various projects undertaking during the RTI week which were executed jointly with

various other City Tables.- RT67 this year has stressed on various Fellowship events from Pot locks and various other outings.- Diwali Dhamake was a mega success.

RT 113: Chairman Tr. Rahul Mohta - Be The ChangeHe had a presentation which had the following

- 100% LMF Table- More than 15 Non FTE projects- Joint FTE with RT34 – High School Project in Sunderbans- Publicity – Go Green article in the leading news paper- Email signature- Good participation in Various Area Events- Had 2 Extension during the qtr- Informed about the Area Fellowship “Oye Volley the Ball”

RT 161: Chairman Tr. Vivek Mahansaria Together We CanHe informed that Rt161 is 100% LMF and also informed that they have some prospects who will

get inducted in next month. Fellowships and Socials are in good flow.

RT106 Chairman Tr. Siddhartha Kajaria -

WE>MEHe had a presentation which had the following

- Bonding started from the begning of the Area AGM – as “WHO SAAT DIN”- Out bound trip to vedic village was a huge bounding

th- Charter day was celebrated on 17 August along with efforts of Go Green.- HR session on Prank Healing

th- NON FTE – Project at Village Safla, Sundarbans on 14 October- RTI week – KSS was initiated by RT 106 where all the Tables and Circles of Area IV had stjoined in and if was the 1 of its kind where all the tables and cirles had come together for 1 project, LC President

Nepal also contributed in this and the project collection was of Rs.1,72,000/- was handed over to KSS.- Fundraiser – RT106's experienced working with vetran RT34 was amazing in the fundraising event of Jeffery Archer

RT137 Chairman Tr. Akhil Poddar – Do Your BitHe had a presentation which had the following

- Informed about the various fellowship events like cocktail cricket, Id Mubarakh, th

- Fund Raiser – Poker tournament which happened on 4 November was a huge success and it was executed under the convernorship of Tr. Pranav Agarwal and had a participation of 180 families

- Blood donation camp jointly with Tera Panth – total collection of 416 units of Blood.

- Various activities during RTI week out of which few prominent events were like organizing Quiz in which major B schools participated.

- Distributed various toys to the kids in RTI week- Extension – 1 induction done and 2 prospects are under

process.

RT227 Chairman Tr. Rishab Kothari – He had a presentation which had the following

- 20 non fte projects during the RTI weekst- Fundraiser – 1 fund raiser AHYLAT drama was done in G D Birla.

- Blood Donation camp with Tera Panth- RT227 is known fellowship and they had various active participation

in WAH INDIA- 2 inductions done

RT Chairman Tr. Jachak MishraHe had a presentation which had the following

th- Inaugurated on 26 May 2012- Various Fellowship events took place in this 2 qtrs starting with Chairman's Birthday- Health Camp under NON DTE project was taken at Puri Pipilli

th- STAR ZAMEEN PAR a non fte project was done on 9 September where some Orissa Film Stars

were present and was nicely covered in the electronic and print media.- A total summary of 140 days: total funds raised Rs.3,50,000/- which was spend on projects Rs.

Rs.4,55,000/-- Highest greeting cards sold in a year by a Table 22,000 pcs.- Plans for the next qtr: to get chartered and to take up national fellowship project and also

organize corporate cricket 20-20

- Total No of Inductions: 13- 5 contact meeting completed by SRT 220 for extension of a new table in Siliguri

th- Inauguration proposed on 6 Januarary'13.- 2 contact meeting completed by RRT 194 for extension of a new table in Jharsuguda.- CMRT 41 to initiate the first contact meeting for extending tables in Guwahati around

first week of January'13- Awaiting confirmation for extension of new tables in Tinsukia Ranchi & Balasore

th- Proposed date for Charter of BKRT on 13 Januarary'13- We are already 19 tables and awaiting charter of 1 table & another few to be chartered this year. After

reaching 20 Tables our area would be open for reorganization.

Projects Champion Tr. Aditya Tibrewal He had a presentation which had the following

- Matter of pride to inform that RTI has recently received the Social Empowerment Award for FTE at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award function at Delhi Awardees in other categories included Naveen Jindal, J P gaur, pratap Reddy, Ekta Kapoor, Imtiaz Ali. Function presided by National and International dignitaries.

- INDEPENDENCE DAY PROJECTMost of the tables had visited some schools, Old homes or other unprivileged institutions to celebrate the day with those unprivileged children, adult and old people. Different goodies, breakfast or lunch were distributed by all the tables in their way and like every year this time also it was busy day for most of the tables of Area IV.

- 2. Blood donation Camp on 17/09/2012 Mega blood donation drive organised by "Akhil Bhartiya Terapanth Yuvak Parishad" on 17th september 12 across 330 cities, 600 camps, 1.5 lakh units of blood & 2 genius book world records. Celebrities, Politicians, Sports personalities like Sachin Tendulkar (Brand Ambasador for this humanitarian drive), Saina Nehwal, Tarun Gogoi (Assam's CM), Mamta banerjee (West Bengal's CM), Ajay Maken (Sports Minister), etc have come forwad to support this great humanitarian cause 90,051 Units of Blood collected in "India" in a day !! and Area IV was part of this historic day.

- Assam Relief with VRT 77 SRT 220 got the rare opportunity to be a part of Assam Relief, a community service project initiated by Vizag Round Table 77 by procuring relief material from Guwahati and Bongaigaon. Arrangements were also made to ensure that the materials reach Kokrajhar on time and also that the distribution is carried on smoothly. CMTRT 113 were first to come forward for the Assam relief by contributing a chq of Rs 10,000 to VRT 77. CSRT 17 also contributed Rs 25,000 along with their Ladies circle 27 who contributed Rs 5,500 separately.

- Area 4 Fund (Bihar Flood Relief Fund)

Area 4 has parked their funds (Bihar Relief Fund) with RTI Trust to be released as per Area Chairman recommendation, subject to compliance of the following conditions: Each Table of Area 4 can avail of Rs 50,000/- for one project during the year Each Circle of Area 4 can avail of Rs 25,000/- for one project during the year To qualify for this funding, the said project should also have been funded by RTIT/RTIF

The grant may be released only after the complete payment of the RTIT/RTIF portion has been released or along with the last installment of the same Area Chairman should approve the release of funds as per the above guidelines. The initial corpus of Area 4 Fund with RTIT was Rs.7,55,101/-. Out of this following project participations have been made: Balance in Area 4 fund available is Rs.4,55,101/- as on 15.12.2012.

AGM Champion : Tr. Rohit Bajaj He informed the floor that he is working on the Area AGM

them Back to Basics and shared his plans for the same.

AST appraised AEX over pending C & D form dues & requested Table Chairmen to

expedite the same at earliest .

He also presented Minutes tracker & requested Tables to upload the minutes in

MOMO only . Few tables have not been doing so & he has requested to ensure the

minutes are uploaded .

AST also presented Statement of expenses up to 30-11-12. He also congratulated his

Star Secretaries for the 2nd quarter

The theme by RT34 ‘’ United We Stand ‘’ has become the TAG line for the Tables who are doing projects /

Area events jointly. RTI week was done with lots of enthusiasm & meaningful projects done ; by almost

all the tables of AreaIV. Diwali Dhamaka by RT67 was by far the best Area event with presence of NST

AST Tr Manish also congratulated BKRT for being the highest seller of GC & congratulated BRT53 for

hosting NEX successfully .

Tr Neeraj Banka congratulated all the Tables for the wonderful work all the Area 4 Tables are doing .He also acknowledged work of few individual Tablers by presenting his Tshirt .

Tr Niraj Dhote informed that Area IV is buzzing with activities & that he got a standing ovation when he played his 2nd NEXReport @ BBSR . AC acknowledged all the Tables for their untiring efforts & doing outstanding job. He showed a video of motivation to all and inspired everyone to work together. He insisted more on doing inter table activities.
