ENCLAVE RESIDENTS! The Annual Meeting for Round Rock Ranch Phase I PUD 13, a.k.a. “The Enclave
at Round Rock Ranch” has been scheduled for:Tuesday, June 4th, 7pm to 9pm at Clay Madsen Recreation Center
at 1600 Gattis School Rd, Round Rock, TX 78664Phone: (512) 218-3220
This meeting is for homeowners whose streets are Briarton or Rosenborough or those who live inside of the Gates only. If you would like to make sure a concern of yours is on the Agenda for the Annual Meeting, please send the Board an email at [email protected]. By the time you read this newsletter, the No Parking Zone will have been repainted on the non-sidewalk side of the street in order to be brought into compliance with local ordinances. The Board has signed an agreement with a new towing company, Triton Towing in Hutto, who will be towing violators of the parking policy. Residents should be on the lookout for flyers indicating when enforcement will resume. If you have questions on the parking policy, please email the Board at [email protected] or plan on attending the Annual Meeting. The Board has invested in some drought resistant plants for several areas in the neighborhood. Please be courteous and help these plants survive by keeping pets, children and vehicles out of the curb beds and the bed near the gate into the Pool Parking Lot. It’s Spring Time and several homes in the Enclave have been sold/bought and more will likely be listed. New Homeowners need to contact Sara @ PAMco 512-918-8100 in order to receive the proper deed restrictions that apply inside the gates and to make sure they are paying the HOA dues required by both Associations (inside and outside of the gates). Last month, the Board was asked why we were holding the Enclave Clean Up event. This semi-annual, volunteer project is being pushed for many reasons. Did you know:• Texas ranked as a bottom-ten “Worst” state in the American State Litter Scorecard• Almost half of all litter found on Texas roadways in tobacco trash• The landscape maintenance agreement does not include picking up trash• Putting this data aside, Enclave Clean Up Day is really about:• Meeting and getting to know more of your neighbors• Changing the Enclave from merely the place you live into the Community in which you
participate• Breaking down the general apathy in the neighborhood• Taking pride and making a personal investment in your community
A big “THANK YOU” to all of the Enclave Residents who volunteered for a couple of hours and came out on Saturday, March 23rd and participated.

SEE YOU AT THE PARK!With the weather turning warmer, but not yet scorching hot,
it’s a great time to spend some quality time at your neighborhood park! During the months of the year where we’ve got a couple extra hours of daylight after dinner, I try to make it to the park with my kids at least a couple times a week. I’m often surprised by how few folks take advantage of the great play spaces we all pay for in Round Rock Ranch. Every house in our subdivision is within ½ mile from one of our parks, which is perfect for an evening walk, stroller ride, or wagon pulls for you and yours.
In addition to our parks on Sundrop Pl. and Round Rock Ranch Blvd., we’re less than 3 miles from the Play for All Abilities Park, which opened about a year ago, and is truly a sight to see, with a variety of play structures, a city scape with working traffic signals, and fully accessible facilities. It’s located at 151 North A.W. Grimes Blvd., just before Hwy 79.
We’re also only 6 miles from the 570-acre Old Settlers Park, which features 3.3 miles of trails, a disc golf course, fishing, 7 playscapes, and too many types of sports fields to mention. I often take the kids out in the bike trailer at Old Settlers, as the roads are smooth and the cars keep it slow. There are lots to discover in this regional park.
KENNEY FORT BOULEVARDYou may have noticed the construction going on behind our
neighborhood on the north side of Forrest Creek Blvd. The City of Round Rock and Williamson County are investing nearly $30 Million to build “Arterial A” that will connect Forrest Creek with Hwy 79 and Chandler Creek Blvd. This 1.1 mile road segment will make it easier for us to get to Dell Diamond for Express games, and finally make a bicycle trip to Old Settlers from our neighborhood possible! The project is scheduled to be completed this fall.
