KPMG Indianapolis DINE experience― National Inclusion & Diversity team introduced

concept during the Indianapolis office mid-year Town Hall with the goal to:

― Further enhance the firm’s culture of inclusion

― Help professionals develop trusting relationships with colleagues

― Enhance employee engagement

― KPMG partners and professionals were assigned to lunch groups

― Ground rules were provided to lunch hosts (most senior person)

― Hosted $50 gift card raffle to incentivize participation; pictures included in office communication

Our story…and likely yours too.

In the last two years events ranging from gun violence, discrimination and harassment against people of all gender identities; immigrants and underrepresented

minorities; violence against the LGBTQ+ community to negative political rhetoric have permeated our culture. As

these events continue to compound outside of our walls, we began to see the frustrations and concerns spill over and ultimately become top of mind inside of our walls –affecting our talent both personally and professionally.
