INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE SOBRE

LAS EVALUACIONES

Este año, nuestros estudiantes del 3º al 8º grado partici-parán en los Exámenes del Rendimiento y Progreso de los Estudiantes de California (CAASPP, por sus siglas en inglés) del 1 de abril al 24 de mayo del 2019. Se les pide a todos los estudiantes del 3º al 8º grado en California que participen. CAASPP es voluntario y los padres o tu-tores legales tienen el derecho de pedir que sus estu-diantes no sean evaluados. No habrá consecuencias pa-ra usted o su estudiante si decide que su hijo no sea eva-luado. Favor de entregar una carta firmada por los pa-dres a la directora de la escuela antes del 29 de marzo del 2019 si prefiere que su estudiante no participe.

La perseverancia vale la pena. Hoy en día, los niños están acostumbrados a la gratificación instantánea. Pero la mayoría de las habilidades académicas llevan tiempo en adquirirse. Enséñele a su hijo la palabra per-severancia. El esfuerzo constante sostenido en el tiempo no es fácil. Pero perseverar en una tarea y probar diferentes soluciones es la mejor manera de aprender y superar los obstáculos.
