started in 1984, consists of three plants. Plant-I produces Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB), the raw material for
manufacture of Detergents. Plant-II produces Epichlorohydrin (ECH) and Plant-III produces Caustic Soda. TPL
operates with ISO: 9001-2008 & ISO: 14001-2004 procedures. TPL has been implemented the SAP R/3 4.0 B
and 4.6 C version in the year of 1999 and 2002 respectively and upgraded with 5.0 versions.

Job planning and execution for rotating equipment based on preventive maintenance schedule /
Condition monitoring Cell’s recommendations and the process department.
Troubleshoot and maintained the Rotating equipment (Pumps, Compressors, Turbines and fans etc.)
and Static (Pressure vessels, Exchangers, Piping, Tanks etc.)
Handled Rotating and static equipment by using the Codes & Standards of ASME, API, ANSI, & TEMA.
Created Plant Maintenance Module & Lubrication Schedules for all Static & Rotating equipment’.
Preparing Revenue and Capital budget, Obtaining funds approval, monitoring and control budget for
maintenance of rotating equipment.
Installed and commissioned process rotating equipment by initializing proposal, Tendering,
evaluating offer, holding Techno-commercial negotiation, obtaining final approval and purchasing
through Procurement cell.
Planning of spares right from the stage of indenting, Following up MR, inspecting received Material
and monitoring consumption.
Maintaining ISO procedures and records for Mechanical maintenance function, Updating the
documents and Coordinating with the internal and external auditors to conduct audits.
