ApplicationThe NX-FJ series is a four station mono block fruit juice filler.

The four station comprises of bottle rinsing, filling, capping and powder/pulp assembly.

Bottles transfer through the machine by our neck handling system to ensure that damage to the body of the bottles is minimal.

The NX-FJ series of machines incorporate state of the art control technology.

The NX-AB-PL series specialised to fill barrels with water. Barrel sizes can be 3-5 gallon and can be made of various materials.

The machine can handle new and used barrels, ensuring that all of them are washed internally and externally. Multiple cleaning stations are used to wash and sterilise. Each barrel is then filled and capped on the same machine to minimise the risk of product contamination. The caps are also cleaned and sterilised.

Due to the high level of automation the line reduces the amount of operators required to run the line.
